Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Center - Parma Heights

Rob at Rad Air made my experience very enjoyable. He recommended the best services for our upcoming vacation road trip. All of the services were performed as requested. Rob was very personable, informative, professional and respectful, not condescending as many auto repair places can be. It was a nice bonus to have the use of a loaner -- while I no longer need to commute to work, it was great not to have to ask someone for a pick-up and drop-off. His expertise and advice was appreciated. I will definitely continue to visit this location, either for routine maintenance or any further repair work.

First time coming here was blown away! After being turned away by another shop, Rob was more than happy to work on my old truck. Did a great job fixing what I needed and explaining the process of the repairs along the way. My new regular shop 100%

With the concerns and dreading for answers and a fix, Rad Air team came through on consistency diagnosis, repairs, and treating my car like their own. The follow-ups Rob gave (including after the repair) made me realize how amazing this Auto Shop is! Highly Recommend for the team and amazing service.

Took my Subaru there to have the a/c checked and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional! They were able to fix it the same day and it’s working great! I feel that the pricing was reasonable and the service impeccable! I will definitely be taking my car there in the future and not to the dealership! I am very satisfied with the company and feel they really know what there doing!

They're very honest and trustworthy and I really appreciate their work. I appreciate that they call you when they diagnose the problem and let you know the price to fix it. They won't swindle you into unnecessary repairs. As an added bonus, they sometimes have loaner cars which is a huge help so you aren't stuck waiting around all day. Rob is great at what he does and how he runs this location.
